They are having trouble recruiting younger workers. ........................ Really? Is that why they are leaving the area, because there are jobs? Its worse further north in the dairy areas. Is it any wonder why there is a drug problem up there? Where are the jobs? We don’t have enough people unemployed, so we need to bring in more from outside the country who have no knowledge of our language. LOL, can the Rutland PD handle the future no go zones? Agggggrrrrrrr.
