If so, our government committed an illegal act of war on the Syrian government. The people who gave the orders must be arrested and tried for high treason.

I feel like I'm missing something. I heard the recording. I didn't hear anything about directly supplying ISIS. The article gives time spots to listen but I didn't hear it.

Any suggestions what I should be listening for?
