How many of you glib and derisive posters have first hand knowledge of this city gleaned from more than a weekend visit?
For those of you who are not aware, which appears to be all of you, San Francisco is the most beautiful city in America.
It is the epicenter for the arts west of New York. Museums, parks, symphony, opera, culinary and painting/sculpture.
It is also the center of championship pro sports west of the Mississippi, maybe the country over the last dozen years or so. With the most certain exception of the NFL.
Unfortunately it is also corrupt.
