Putin does know this indeed. However, he still combats severe stress and the inability to sleep over the unfortunate situations in Ukraine and Syria as well as other serious matters also very much involving the same Obama-orchestrated American-European/NATO policies.
For me, if I could not have President Trump, I would be okay with President Putin. They both share a particular genius or two. ;D
