2016 was so bad

Actually, I think 2016 was great because our nation dodged the bullet of a potential Hillary Clinton election. I thank the Lord that Trump won.

Yes, along with uncounted anonymous millions who died this year, we lost the usual assortment of celebrities, but the nation and the world gained enormously with Brexit, the Italian rejection of statism, and the wonderful outcome of our election.

And remember, although each year sees millions of deaths around the world, each year also sees the birth of millions of babies...and that is a hopeful thing.

Yes, it’s true that mainly due to television, the sheer number of celebrities greatly increased in the 60s and 70s, and now we are entering the point where these celebrities are starting to die off, so don’t expect 2017 to be any better.
