None of the other napkins have been used. Either she’s there before anyone else arrived or she’s eating alone

I saw that, and also thought she was alone since, if I'm not mistaken, she's the only one that has a plate and it looks like there's a small amount of food on it.

Or she’s too mean and self-centered to wait for the others to get there.

Or she’s mad they’re late and is trying to make a point.

That’s a big table full of place settings... I think she was stood up by family scheduled to meet her there.
