Socialists are only best buddies with socialists of the same stripe - and only until one believes he can kill the other.
USSR and 0bama are two very different stripes - if the USSR were still around the nuclear exchange would have happened at least 4 years ago, and 0bama and the US would have ‘absorbed’ it as he said he would not retaliate.
