It would be silly to claim the Russians tampered with the election if Hitlery won. Now I would not put it past the left to do this, as they put Stein up to the recount, which was just silly as she stood no chance of winning.
IMO, if Hitlery won, she’d pursue some other avenue to get into war with Russia.
