Is anyone surprised? If it was denied by the State Department, then I would say the odds are, it's probably true. I don't believe a single word they say.

I read in another article that the US gov. (Obama and Kerry) worked with the Palestinians in crafting the text of the UN resolution. I wouldn’t be surprised.
