This was reported by many outlets. Why pick RT to use as a source?

My rotation of news is RT (good on int'l), Drudge, FR, Infowars, Twitter. I have the story on my RT app so used it from there rather than googling it. Didn't see it posted story on FR (searched "Germany", "Berlin").
