Way back in my younger years, I worked in a mall for a few years close to my home. At first it was all good, but then the gangs started coming in. I quit and went on to bigger and better things, but 10 years later, the mall went into bankruptcy and now it is bulldozed to the ground. The Beachwood Mall is definitely an upscale Mall, but if these incidences continue, who knows....
North Tulsa is full of blacks. It's also high crime and businesses don't much open up there.
This is a link to a story where Tulsa is begging somebody to open a decent store there. Thing is, it'll get robbed, shoplifting, etc, just like the rest. And they wonder why companies don't want to go there.
