My suggestion is to move the UN to Berlin...close to Merkle and her “boyz”... Actually somewhere in the Middle East would be better. That would allow the UN to have first hand knowledge of the problems they are supposed to be solving. Aleppo needs rebuilding, perhaps the UN could relocate there.
