Frustrated after seeing another candidate secure the presidency without winning the national popular vote, mostly Democratic lawmakers in several capitols want their states to join a 10-year-old movement to work around the Electoral College.

The mostly Democratic lawmakers in several capitols might better spend their time to ensure that legal voters do not have their votes stolen by the dead, by illegal voters, mysterious ballots showing up, and other voter fraud that disenfranchises responsible citizens of their votes.

Given that voting is both a privilege and a responsibility, voters should understand the system and the issues of citizenship in the community, the country, and the world.

That would be too much to ask of agents of Satan who call themselves Democrats.

I would do several things now the Trump has the Presidency. The first is mandatory teaching of the constitution. The first week of school, all students from first grade through a senior in high school will learn the constitution. Create a curriculum where it starts easy and becomes more complex as the student progresses through school. The second thing I would do is randomly select high school seniors to run the polling stations on Election Day. It is based on the culmination of teaching the constitution and it should be considered an honor to be selected. Make it a national holiday. Plus you get rid of all party hacks.
