Who cares. It’s the U.N. Tell me what power she’ll actually have? Israel will not abide by this and the U.N will try to do something about it and it will be veto’d by Trump (no matter WHO is the U.S ambassador). The U.N is a joke of an organization.

I think it is a reveal on a grander strategy.

He pulls Haley out of the governors chair, then gets us out of the UN.

When Haley has no position and comes begging, "I'm sorry. Nothing open. So sad, too bad."
