The word is great! Please break it down for those of us seeing it for the first time.

It's just something I made up. Karl Marx used to invent word/concepts like "Lumpenproletariat."
I just decided to use the Old Red's methods against them.

Aufgeblasen = "Bloated"
Blutegel = "Leech"
Bourgeoisie = "Bourgeoeise"
Burokraten = "Bureaucrat"

Summary - The faceless masses of welfare kings and queens who pretend to do useful work as "public servants" by doing everything they can to stymie the Free Market and Free Enterprise, leeching the lifeblood from the economy they help to kill.
