She won’t. But hopefully she will live a long time. And happily, the Royals have no political influence. She does whatever the PM says to do. And she never comments on political matters in public. I feel badly for the Brits, having to contemplate Charles reign, even for a shorter time than usual as he’s already 68.

A few years ago I read that she wanted to pass it to Prince William but he said he wasn’t ready yet.
