That's not a joke, incidentally: "Duldung" really does mean "toleration". There's not enough trees in Germany for all the "toleration papers" Mutti Merkel wants to issue.
But don't worry, they were monitoring his phone. So that's great. Unless, under some other "peculiarity", they turned off the monitoring for a few hours a day - just like, with the Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray jihadist, they switched off his electronic anklet each morning, round about Mass time, to give him a bit of privacy to decapitate Catholic priests. They take their privacy rights seriously in Europe:

Why is no one on the left bothered by the fact there are millions of people in the US illegally and we don't even know their names, much less their addresses and activities?
Merkel is to blame for the biggest manhunt in Berlin since the fall of the Third Reich.
The idea is, players take turns feeding the pig until the point arrives where the unlucky kid gives the pig the last piece of food that causes his expanding belly to blow open his belt. Stupid supposition, right?
Well, that's what's happening in Germany now. Merkel's been letting in more and more of these feral "refugees", and now, she's "Popped the Pig".
