Sweden’s newly appointed anti-terror coordinator attracted criticism yesterday after seeming to suggest Islamic terrorism is caused by the “white power movement”. Referring to her appearance on Swedish Radio, another user directed a tweet at Carlstedt which joked, “the White Power movement must be enormous in Tunisia because so many go from there to the way of jihad”.

Free to join? Some are lost enough to fall for anything as , most often islam increases under extreme duress, as in saving your life and then you can never ever change your mind and leave, except by death, which the most extreme are more then willing to help arrange for you. It is a supremacist ideology, freedom has nothing to do with it.
It’s interesting and telling that our own government actually record Arabs as whites. So any terrorism conducted by Muslims is actually attributed to whites.
A couple of thousand years after Abraham, Mohammed created Islam based on the fact that Ishmael, while born to a concubine (Hagar), was technically Abraham’s eldest son and the covenant with God passed down through him. Jews trace their lineage through Isaac, his son through Sarah.
That is why parts of the Old Testament (including dietary restrictions) are included in the Koran.
You need to read Scott Orson Card's article on why Islam is not a religion - not to ding your statement which is correct about who can join, but to realize that a "religion" that holds its members by threat of death is no religion. It was on FR a long time ago and was very interesting.

Only to those who have never read the Sunnahs and Hadiths: Talibari, Muslim, Isaq and Bukhari - without which the koran is simply a jumble of suras with no clear meanings, let alone any designation to First or Second Given Halves.
FYI: The first Given Half is mostly plagiarized from the Bible and the Torah - it gained Mohammad only around 150 followers. With the Second Given Half, Sharia was solidified, the First Given Half nullified, gained Mohammad 10s of thousand of followers, proceeded to murder millions (hundreds of which Mohammad personally beheaded, destroyed Classical Western Civilization, made women non-entities, and made the gift of slavery big business for hundreds of years.
A nice ‘religion’ the fruits of which we are still coping with, and if not equally vicious and brutal will succumb.

I understand she was Egyptian (a couple of thousand years before Arabs overwhelmed the Pharaoh’s people - today’s Coptic Christians); I don’t know that she was an Arab.
