Read - more recidivists are back out on the street.

Oh, yeah, some of them actually DID reform. But we won’t know which ones did not, until it is too late for the future victims.

The ISIS recruitment drive has been modestly successful.

And what makes them so ‘deserving ‘?

Prisons are a popular place to convert losers to Islam. So many have misogynistic leanings to start with, the muslims just play to that.

I have no issue with this because it is Constitutional.
In fact, I wish he did this and only this for his whole eight years. Less tyranny, and it would be within the scope of the law.
