The article said Bush shortened a ban once... Maybe Trump can just shorten Obama's ban to five minutes.

Speaking of five minutes... I read that Congress will adjourn for only five minutes at the end of this session (at 11:55 am on January 4th) to stop Obama from a 1 year recess appt of a supreme court justice. Anyone want to take bets on what happens in the white house in those five minutes before noon on January 4th?

Nobody should announce it, but Congress should “run long” so the recess only lasts a nanosecond. Then when Ozero announces his “recess appointment” with a time-stamp of 11:56AM, Congress can inform him, “Gee, sorry but we ran long and were still in session at that time. Too bad. So sad.”
