I thought if they didn’t have the required 38, they would appoint alternates. Very confusing.

I'm just reporting what the Secy of State has just announced: 34 electors present eligible to vote.

How do you suppose those four missing electors are going to vote??

Texas has 38 electoral votes, but only 34 are physically in- house.

What happened?
