French police on Monday arrested 11 people suspected of helping to arm the Tunisian who killed 86 people by driving his truck into a crowd in Nice, sources close to the investigation said.
Ten suspects, including one or more Albanians, were arrested in various parts of Nice and another was detained in the western city of Nantes, the sources said.

These things have to be prevented BEFORE they happen, and that means, among other things, sane immigration policies.

The way to deal with this is to batten down the hatches and prevent more immigration from countries in Islamic civil wars. They can’t just escape religious civil wars, they bring them along with them.
In turn we need to get out of the way of the Islamic civil wars in their countries. There is no “our side” in an Islamic civil war.

A major problem in the EU is that the death penalty is nonexistent. Terrorists have only to fear incarceration in some cozy penal system, most likely with more creature comforts than they ever experienced in the sandboxes they came from. And because it takes many years to finalize the death penalty in the U.S., there’s not much difference between here and there.
