So, Jerry is contributing more hot air to the climate-warming cause?
Cut ALL Federal funding, grants, etc. to the State of Kalifornia. Problem solved.
Just think of how much money the US FedGubmint will save when it cuts off all taxpayer dollars going to California.
He’s got a bad enough problem with businesses leaving in droves. What resources could he possibly draw on to “fight” anyone?
Californisecession is the answer. Let’s get rid of them, pronto.

Why don’t they just enact their own standards and save the planet on their own?
They already did this with emission standards, tried to make them more strict than the EPA standards and the EPA fought them over it! Why? Let them make their own standards!
I think the EPA eventually relented and let them have their more strict standards, so why even have jurisdiction over them at all? Let them handle climate change on their own.

The border wall at the southern perimeter of the US may have to be modified, starting at the Colorado River, and Coast Guard boats may have to be put on Lake Tahoe.

CA and moonbeam, can do anything it wants w/out Fed. ‘help’ (aka taxpayer $$)...long as that doesn’t infringe upon the Rights of the citizens.
