It does, but you can't get many people to seriously consider it. Most of them prefer to believe it's some mad forging conspiracy from the deep dark halls of the Illuminati sweatshops. Ordinary Hawaiian State employee kludgery simply doesn't have any pizazz.
I think the Cold Case Posse has long been on a wild goose chase and for some reason deliberately ignored the obvious. The Document Obama has presented is a legally valid, albeit fake document created by the State of Hawaii in accordance with the normal process for creating replacement birth certificates.
But it's not his real birth certificate. We have yet to see that, if he even has a real one.
I perhaps never mentioned it, but I always thought your explanation of an officially prepared replacement BC made sense. At the same time, I attributed what looked to me like amateurish errors to the fact that the final iteration was thrown together under major time/deadline duress.
Now I see it as the state workers just doing what they do: making a replacement BC that was never intended to pass extreme scrutiny. Makes all the sense in the world.
What set the CCP off was the criminal tampering at the National Archives. Someone, if you recall, illegally removed the record of foreign arrivals to HI for the week including Aug 4, 1961.
This is what alerted the CCP to the fact (as opposed to speculation) of Obama’s foreign birth. Had he been born in HI or WA state, there would have been no conceivable reason to remove those records. In fact, leaving them in place would likely have killed the so-called birther movement once and for all. I.e.: if no one connected to Obama flew into HI from a foreign country during the crucial time frame, then it would be much more difficult to argue that Obama was born elsewhere.
But the records were criminally removed. Thus the CCP KNEW they were looking for a foreign birth, and that has resulted in what looks to you like a wild goose chase.
