Trump should seize the UN, declare it a national monument, and give the UN-bureaucritters 24 hours to clear out before the bulldozers and breaking balls arrive. The water there is probably too dirty for a beach, so... hmmm... how about a strip club, steak restaurant, a country western music dance hall, a rifle-capable target range and gun shop, an inner city youth and veterans vocational training and jobs center, a pro-life counseling center, a welcome center for LEGAL immigrants, a military museum and a physical therapy facility for the vets (did i miss anything?).
