Are you sure that the house would vote for Trump? I am not, they may ALL be in on this. What is the whip count for the electors. No one knows

Six or seven state delegations controlled by the GOP would have to vote against the winning GOP nominee. Which states would those be?

The Senate votes for the VP, who would become Acting President should the House fail to decide on the president.

Should the House and Senate fail to name a Pres and VP, the Speaker of the House becomes Acting President. If Congress would be so bold, and they’re ‘all in it together’, do you think they would prefer Kaine, Pence, or Paul Ryan as Acting President?
