Judge Diamond correctly & precisely explained the legal grounds for rejecting Stein’s absurd statewide recount petition. There are still pockets of sanity remaining in American jurisprudence.
I fully expected this, & am very glad to read his decision.
Stein’s we–wuz–robbed street theatrics will dissolve into irrelevance. Her abuses of the courts in filing obviously frivolous suits will motivate state legislatures to pass stricter voting-recount laws; already happening. Her mad behavior further fragments the Red Greenies.

There was a Liberal WI judge who did the same thing in rejecting the state wide hand count demand by Stein. She stated that “I must follow the law regardless of my personal opinions”.
