The only thing that makes sense. All this “good for you”, “bad for you” crap is B.S. We are all individuals and there is no good or bad. Just eat what works for you.
I, myself, am 65 years old. I eat no vegetables except potatoes, rice and grains. I eat LOTS of candy, ice cream, soda pop, cheese, beef, chicken and bacon. I’m not overweight, my blood pressure is normal, I haven’t had so much as a cold in more than 25 years, my blood work is textbook right on the money. I wouldn’t recommend my diet to anyone else, but it apparently works for me. We are all different. Eat what you like but don’t over do it.
