I get to eat all the meat, butter, eggs and cheese I want. Fish, seafood, vegetables...all the good stuff yo-momma told you to eat.
You'll find you now like certain things. I recently discovered a new appreciation of Brussel Sprouts, turnips, cauliflower.

Brussels sprouts are now among my favorite vegetables. It's all in how you cook them. I roast at 400 degrees with olive oil, butter, (real) bacon pieces, diced garlic and a little kosher salt until they are browned. In summer, even better on the grill wrapped in tin foil with the same ingredients.

It took a gall bladder removal to get me to develop a taste for vegetables.
Before then, I really didn’t like many.
