Sugar in its natural state is in all of the vegetables we eat.
Absolutely, especially stuff like beets and carrots.
Refined sugar might be something to seriously moderate though.

Interesting thing about beets: They provide abundant nitric oxide, which increases blood oxygen levels and strengthens the heart muscle.
