What brand of collagen do you buy or does it matter?
How long have you been doing the bulletproof coffee? I’ve been doing it about a month. Perhaps it’s a placebo effect, but I am rarely hungry and I’m more mentally alert.
I buy Great Lakes brand (green can) on Amazon.
I’ve been doing bulletproof coffee since last March. Normally I’m not a coffee drinker, but this stuff I love. It definitely keeps you feeling full and energetic. Not a placebo effect. I do not get the same effect with plain coffee or when I try to sub cream for the oil.
