US Vice-President Joe Biden told an audience in Ottawa that the world needs "genuine leaders" such as Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

A world without Canada would be a much more exciting place, but there’s something to be said about plodding and dull, but nice. Such people are the cement that holds many a conservative region in the US together. Too bad Canada is so socialist.
