People working in India call centers are required to speak English.
LOL! Those people in India call centers may think they’re speaking English but I tend to disagree. :)
English is the language of business. Anyone that thinks that knowing Laotian or Urdu will get them a great job is going to be sadly disappointed.
They keep calling me, telling me my windows are dirty. I want to know how they can tell that all the way from Bombay ?
Sometimes that would be a marginal description of the gibberish I have heard from those call centers.
