I use spinach and ham. Add a little custard. ( cream & egg) and bake with or without a pie shell. Voilà a quiche!

That sounds good, too. I have a wonderful quiche recipe in my French cookbook, that I haven’t made in years. As best I recall, it’s a bit time consuming. Yours sound much easier :-)
