Maybe I mis-heard Varney and Zinke is up for Energy, not Interior (sorry if I stated incorrectly) and Cathy McM-R is firm for Interior.
Montana’s Gov is a Dim and his term isn’t up until 2021, so he would probably appoint a Dim as I suspect our Gov, Inslee, will to replace Cathy. Would need to research both states to see if it’s a temporary appointment, with a special election or how it would work.
