Hmmm. At this moment, we seem to be having a serious issue since it’s raining so much that out normally dry creek bed (usually only for looks) is overflowing it’s banks. Am I in violation of some epa “puddle” rule or regulation? Will the armed portion of the epa enforcement division be banging on the front door? If you don’t hear from me in a few days, call the SAR team out.

I have eight acres with a tiny stream running down one property line and joining a major creek, really a small river, at the bottom edge of the property. The small stream starts out as normally a dry bed with the water actually flowing underground. When it rains the water runs down the stream bed above ground and at one point joins another tiny stream which flows over small waterfalls. No telling how many things they could find to complain about here.
