Actually, it could also be that, Hillary "joined" the recounts, to pretend that she had nothing to do with the voter fraud; IOW, why would she want recounts if she was aware of voter fraud? It was a defensive move in order to derail any suggestions that she was involved in or knew of the fraud. Better to appear innocent ahead of time, than be accused of being involved in the fraud.
