Until such time that scientists can explain why, during the EXACT SAME CONDITIONS of Temperature and Humidity, one time it rains, the next it doesn't, all of everyone's stuff is pointless.
That is because they are using two dimensional science in a three dimensional world. They need to drop temperature as a primary metric and adopt heat content or density. Just like Spock did in Wraith of Khan. Lol.
