Trump already lost a third of his winning margin in PA since the election day totals before any recount even started, as the final official counts came in.
That had nothing to do with a recount. It was the counting of legitimate mail-in ballots in Philly. And that's it. There's nothing left to count.
There's no election official in Pennsylvania who thinks that Trump's lead is in jeopardy.
