We weren't against his radical, anti-American, anti-Constitutional agenda, we were against him because of his skin color.
What a petty, whining, belligerent child.
Good riddance!
If anything, his race probably helped him. Everyone was so hyper-sensitive to being labeled a racist that nobody, including republicans, resisted anything this moron or his wife did for 8 years. Oh, and if so many are true racists, explain how he could’ve been elected twice.
Thanks be to God that the adults are back in charge, or will be soon.
However, I recognize that the man had a one-time-only, never-to-be-repeated chance to be a racially transcendent leader and do an enormous amount of good. He merely needed to take the time at his inaugural address, or shortly after, to say something along the lines of..."This country has had racial issues in the past, and there still is work to be done. However, me standing here as President proves that America has moved beyond the massive racial divide, and into a more progressive..." yada yada yada, you get the picture. He could have risen above the fray and led.
But, instead, he chose to surround himself with racially divisive people and play petty racial politics.
Ultimately, he was a small man, on a large stage.
Fantastic opportunity, totally wasted. And, in fact, I'd argue that race relations are orders of magnitude worse than when he started.
Obama is one of those (not so rare these days) people who can’t grasp that other people may be viewing him differently than he sees himself.
1. They see a man that has very flawed ideas.
... He sees a man that is Black, and persecuted
2. They disagree on policy
... He thinks they disagree because he is Black
3. They don’t like his tone when he uses racial Black focused terms
... He thinks he should address them from a Black focal point
4. They think he should address everything from a logical point of view, no racial influence
... He thinks he is doing the right thing, because he thinks Black voices haven’t been listened to
5. People on the Right see Obama as half White, half Black, with no bias vs people who are all White
... He thinks folks have to be racist to see him this way
6. They judge things by what everyone should be called to do or comply with
... He thinks that asking him or a Black person to comply with this mindset is racist
7. When problems arise, people think about the players, the victims, the public first
... He thinks about himself first, then the players, the victims, the public last
8. An issue should be addressed on it’s merits
... Obama thinks it should be addressed with no color if it is good, and White if it’s bad
... He thinks it should only be addressed by Black identity if it is good, and no color if it is bad
He is race obcessed. Even becoming president is not enough to overcome?
No pun intended.
Perhaps some day?
A trifecta!
Kenyan father, raised in Indonesia, not a natural born citizen = Kenyanesian Usurpation
Is he planning to file an EEOC complaint against the American People (who voted him in twice)?
Thank God. Can you imagine how much money he would’ve spent if he didn’t face such staunch opposition?
The arrogance makes him unable to accept his policy failure, his divisive partisan politics, his race baiting, and leaving the world in a far more dangerous situation.
He was not the leader he thought he was.
Naturalization is a Kind.
“The kindly fruits of the earth”
“Were all thy children kind and natural?”
“Uniform rule of naturalization”
Kynd, kynde, Cynde, Kyndly, adj, natural, kindred, belonging to kind.
Unnatural UnKind
Coming from someone who used the full power of his office to discriminate against Whites.
I am so sick of this (questionable) man. It’s always about him. Racially confused, sexually ambiguous, vapid comprehension, self absorbed, emotionally immature, snowflake that he is. When...when is he done. God I hate him. AND it has nothing to do with the color of his skin, it’s all about the content of his LACK of character.
What’s he complaining about?
It was racism that put him in office. He never would have beaten Hillary in 08 if he was white. They had so much dirt on him that they were afraid to use because he is [half] black.
All politics in America is not local but ultimately racial. /Sarc
I hate this ahole. I want my 8 years back.
