I like it. If Trump wants to be outside the box and pick a global CEO for Secretary of State, there would be a lot less controversy with Ford than Tillerson at Exxon.

Alan Mulally was also President and CEO of Boeing's commercial aircraft division before going to Ford. He left Boeing when he was passed over for the top corporate CEO position. Boeing is the largest US exporter; he has extensive international geo-political experience.

Boeing really screwed up when they let him go in favor of choosing outsider globalist Jim McNerny from 3M. Alan had stepped in previously and cleaned up Boeing's terrible production snafu's with the 737 line and is a great leader. I was fortunate enough to meet him on several occasions and he is absolutely a terrific guy.

I whole-heartedly support this.
