Oh no. I have a puddle in my backyard right now. How will I know what to do with it if the EPA is dismantled?

And when it rains hard I have a stream in my backyard (1-2 feet wide and “protected” by my city) that flows to a river. I was hoping contact the EPA to find out what kind of canoe/boat to buy to get to the river with this “navigable waters”.

At least I won’t have to worry about fines/jail when I kill the “protected” insects in my backyard if the EPA is dismantled.

If it is staying around long after a rain due to a perched water table (a clay layer underlying the topsoil and upper layer) just punch a lot of holes through it and fill the holes with gravel or stone to allow drainage.
