Thankfully, the US Cons does not empower the US G to seize your cash to provide “useful services” to help small businesses.

The US Cons empowers the US G to seize your cash to secure the borders, pay an Army and a Navy, establish a US court system, and not much else.

The very existence of the government agency at which I have toiled for the last 6 years is blatantly unconstitutional.

I’ll take your word for that, but it would be helpful if you could explain why, specifically why, it is blatantly unconstitutional. I ask this because, unless I have it wrong, small business provides most of the employment in the private sector, and therefore any government program that facilitates the expansion small business would seem to be beneficial to the American economy. But just to be clear, I am definitely opposed to all oppressive regulatory agencies as a matter of principle, and would like to see those which are not abolished prohibited from promulgating any policy decisions not approved by Congress and the President.
