Re: post 18, you took a train ride thru 13 countries and you didn’t stop at a kiosk to update your reading materials? Such an exciting time to sit up all night in a cafe and read the International Herald Tribune with other foreign travelers and locals.
Yes yes, Ciexyz, I picked up an international herald tribune once in a while, but I tended to read it and leave it behind. For some reason the Time stayed with me the whole time. I probably still have it in a box in the attic. Not eager to find it...
