I was same as you and now do the same as you - never read these once “great” magazines.
Time (and the others) have gone the way of the DoDo Bird.
But I am very glad they did at least highlight the fact that President Elect Donald J. Trump was the ONLY legitimate choice for Person (it used to be “Man”) of the year!
I hate this gender neutral political correctness too. I can see when it if they announce a list of contenders but once they settle on a finalist it should be man of the Year or Woman of the Year. But that would probably cause a bunch of gender nazi snowflakes to completely melt away...
