The liberal elite in Scandinavia were jealous of the USA with our built in minority "problem" to rally "do gooders" to fight "oppressive"(yeah right) racial causes.
In a an all white country how do you prove one's liberal/antiracial bona fidas? Well you import a minority so you can toy with, experiment with them, and make yourself feel better.
