The worst case scenario is that the precincts in which ballots were stuffed don't get recounted, but all others do.

This could mean Clinton getting even more votes even though there is evidence that the Democrats were more likely guilty of fraud than the Republicans.

Another case of Friedman's Law of Unintended Consequences.

I would think she’d get less votes, if the ballot stuffing was done in a district she had won.

Not gonna happen.

Both candidates will gain and lose roughly the same amount of votes as we’re seeing in WI.

What’s the point of this stupid recount?

Stuffed votes for her are not counted=more votes for her.
