This is why Hillary is a big proponent of the recount-she knows what might scurry out from an overturned rock.
The Detroit Free Press quoted an expert who questioned the Michigan recount law, which varies from other states in that, if there is a discrepancy between the number of ballots and those listed in poll books, a recount can not be done in that precinct, and original results stand if the “difference is not explained to the satisfaction of the board of canvassers.”
Seems like a law designed to prevent a recount from discovering vote fraud in the districts where it is most likely to have occurred. Bet the Democrats passed that law.

Um yeah. You are cognizant that the ballot boxes with broken seals are in very heavy democratic voting districts right? And the discrepancies show MORE ballots/vote cast then people who actually signed in to vote at that precinct? Those HAVE to have been all extra Hillary votes or we would be seeing it splashed across every newspaper, tv screen, phone etc that TOO MANY Trump votes were counted and now the actual state is officially up in the air. Instead we get “ it won’t change the outcome or “precincts are inelgible to be recounted because of discrepancies” that’s a funny way to say boxes were stuffed or how about the legal word FRAUD. Think these democratic precincts want to open that Pandora’s box? Doubt it- all the fraud in all of those DEM counties appears to be systemic. In the Fraud division we look for patterns. The pattern here is so huge you could see it from Space. Go on ahead and do a full hand recount- AFTER the Michigan electors who represent the people’s wishes have voted.
