No no. This is much more insidious. Some of these are not “Christian” beliefs. They are beliefs shared across many faiths and spectrum’s.
They are not targeting AFA for their Christian beliefs. They are targeting AFA because of who they are and what they support. If their “Christian beliefs” included supporting Diversity and Climate Change, they wouldn’t be targeted.
They are targeted for opposing the government.

That campaign against that home improvement couple with the TV show is even worse: they are being targeted simply for attending a church that upholds Biblical views on homosexuality, which is also the official view of the Catholic Church, Orthodox Church, and many Protestant denominations - in other words, tens of millions of people.
They seem to forget that Tim Kaine - Hillary's VP choice - attends one of those churches, yet it was rarely brought out against him (because Hillary needed Catholic votes). (For the most extreme fanatics, his personal pro-gay views did not matter - he was sullied by mere association with an organization that does not share Kaine's views.)
During the campaign there was incessant talk of all the people who allegedly had reason to fear a Trump presidency, but - from the MSM - NOT ONE WORD of why Christians would - with good reason - fear a Hillary presidency.

“AFA may be in violation of the regulations governing the Connecticut State Employee Campaign for Charitable Giving that broadly prohibit discrimination.”
I would give them a one sentence response:
“The State of Connecticut may be in violation of the 1st Amendment to the United States Constitution governing this nation that broadly prohibits limiting the free exercise of religion.”
