Sounded like the amount the mentioned was a base amount when reported on TV. Sort of like the stripped down car without the super dooper packages added. We will see how stripped down the plane ends up being.
Maybe cut out a few TVs or something.
I heard on Fox this morning that part of the cost for the new Air Force One is the complex electronic systems that will be the state of the art. Part of that are the measures to make the electronics and the electrical system EMP proof.
Whoever has their hands on the AF1 I hope it is not China. I do not trust them. They would embed some kind of chip to compromise the security of the President.
